Mark your calendars with the 2025-2026 NHS Band Schedule.

  • 2026 BAND CAMP: Wednesday, August 12 – Thursday, August 27. The 2026-27 Band Packet is forthcoming.
  • MSBOA STATE BAND FESTIVAL: Friday, May 1 @ Belding HS. Bus chaperones needed!
  • AN “ALL-AMERICAN” SPRING CONCERT: Tuesday, May 19 in the NHS Auditorium. Tickets are available on Ludus.
  • BAND AWARD CEREMONY & BANQUET: Wednesday, May 20 in the NHS Cafeteria & Auditorium. RVSP via the Google Form by Monday, May 4.
  • JAZZ ENSEMBLE: Email the band directors or speak to them in-person to join the 2026-27 Jazz Ensemble 1B Class. The Jazz Ensemble has 7:00 PM performances on Friday, May 29 for “A Night of Jazz” in Downtown Northville and Wednesday, June 3 at Cliff Bell’s in Detroit with the Swing Syndicate Big Band. We are waiting to hear back from the Detroit Jazz Festival regarding a Labor Day Weekend performance.
  • MUSIC BOOSTERS: Several NHS Music Boosters Board positions for the 2026-27 school year are open: President, Treasurer, Secretary, Website Designer, IT (to help with credit card payments for donations and raffle tickets), and Fundraising. Contact Mr. Kollipara if interested. Thank you to Carin Lawing and Lora Graentzdoerffer for continuing their positions!
  • The NHS Band was featured by CBS, the Michigan Department of Education #proudMIeducator Campaign, and Northville Today.
